		<description>Barry, Nice blog entry.  I agree that the key is to keep it simple and focused.  I wonder if your 4 questions should somehow incorporate more &quot;cause and effect&quot; which I believe is probably one of the most powerful aspects of Strategy Maps.  Everything we do has an effect, and over time, what we choose to do shapes our future.  A Strategy Map helps us narrow our choices to what most supports the vision of our future and therefore enables us to achieve it.  I&#039;d love to know your thoughts on this.
