		<description>Brian,

I'll work on a post around this. I think that talking about Blue Ocean Strategy (or an equivelant approach like Gartner's business drivers) is a useful first step.

<description>Barry, Nice blog entry. I agree that the key is to keep it simple and focused. I wonder if your 4 questions should somehow incorporate more "cause and effect" which I believe is probably one of the most powerful aspects of Strategy Maps. Everything we do has an effect, and over time, what we choose to do shapes our future. A Strategy Map helps us narrow our choices to what most supports the vision of our future and therefore enables us to achieve it. I'd love to know your thoughts on this. Regards, Brian</description>

		<description>Karyn,

I had the pleasure of being able to attend an event for this yesterday. Over 500 people showed up. Some traveled from as far as Washington DC to learn more! It really is a great thing to see happening!

		<description>Hi,
The CRC concept is where it is at! It makes business sense while being the "right" thing to do. We are just getting our feet wet with this process in Ramsey County, MN and are fortunate to have other states like Michigan and Oklahoma leading the way by sharing their learnings and successes.
